Very large inter-grown crystals of Cuprite from Mashamba West. The Cuprite displays two exceptionally large dark maroon red octahedral crystals to 3.3cm on edge, with smaller crystals to 2cm. The crystal faces show a bright sub-metallic luster with etched areas. The Cuprite sits and displays well on a whiteish matrix. Fantastic example from this well known Copper location.
